StarSport Terms & Conditions — Complete User Guidelines for Members

These terms and conditions govern the StarSport platform (starsport.click) and its mobile application. StarSport is an online betting and casino platform licensed by the Curacao Gaming Authority.

By creating an account on StarSport, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

StarSport reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via their registered email or app notification.

The following requirements must be met to open an account on StarSport:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each individual may only register one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• StarSport may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. A copy of your National ID or passport may be required.

Members are solely responsible for the security of their accounts. Do not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on StarSport:

• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is ৳10. This may vary for certain special markets.
• Maximum Bet: Maximum bet limits vary by event and market and are clearly displayed on the bet slip.
• Single Bet: A single bet on one selection.
• Accumulator: Multiple selections combined — all selections must win.
• Bet Cancellation: Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed, though the Cash Out option may be used if available.

If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or rescheduled outside its original timeframe, all related bets are automatically voided and stakes are refunded. In live betting, any bet not accepted due to a technical issue will be considered invalid.

StarSport supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification is required for large withdrawals (৳50,000 or more).
• There are no transaction fees on deposits. Withdrawals are also generally free, though bank transfers may be subject to the bank's own charges.

All bonuses and promotional offers on StarSport are subject to specific wagering requirements. By accepting a bonus, you automatically agree to the associated terms and conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members on their first deposit. Full terms and conditions are available on the bonus page.
• Wagering Requirement: A specified number of wagers must be placed before any bonus can be withdrawn. This is typically 15–30x the bonus amount.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bet Type Restrictions: Bets placed using bonuses are subject to minimum odds requirements (typically 1.50 or higher).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the StarSport platform:

• Operating or assisting in the operation of multiple accounts.
• Accessing or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — placing opposing bets strategically to exploit bonus wagering requirements.
• Betting on match-fixing or using insider information.
• Unauthorized access to StarSport's systems or software, or any attempted cyberattack.
• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.

StarSport may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where there is suspected or confirmed violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Upon verified proof of a member's death or legal incapacity.

Voluntary Account Closure: Any member may close their account at any time. Contact support and the process will be completed within 24 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Self-Exclusion: If you feel you are losing control of your betting, use the self-exclusion option. Your account can be locked for a set period (from 30 days to permanently).

StarSport shall not be held liable for:

• If a bet is missed due to loss of internet connection or a technical failure.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider failure.
• If an account data breach occurs as a result of the member's own negligence.
• Force Majeure events — including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or legal directives.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet or transaction, please follow the process below:

1. Step One: Contact our support team via live chat or email. Please provide full details of the incident along with any supporting evidence.
2. Step Two: The support team will investigate and respond within a maximum of 72 hours.
3. Step Three: If the resolution is unsatisfactory, you may escalate the matter to senior management.
4. Step Four: If a dispute remains unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to the Curacao Gaming Authority.

Dispute submission deadline: All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident.

StarSport reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive text.
